BREAK RULES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General Break Information
Always remember to check the description of each break for details and the time it will be livestreamed! To participate in a break you must be in Canada to have cards shipped to you. Shipping is included in the break price.
Before a break
Before the break begins, we sell each slot to a break (at random unless stated otherwise upon purchase). The options randomized in a break differ based on the product.More likely than not, these are the following options.
Each team will usually be its own slot in most breaks! Otherwise, check the description of the break!
What is a break?
A break is where we open a set amount of product live on camera at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC265VDI4rZzknVGMaAHVR3w (Or search ‘Breakers Corner’ on Youtube). We then divide up the cards into each slot that was purchased. We put all the cards in good protection, ready to ship or be picked up in store! Breaks are a great way to engage with other card collectors and with us!
Purchasing a spot
Once you decide to participate in a break, you acknowledge you have read and understood our description of the break and our general break rules. If you wish to have tracking on your purchase, there will be an additional fee. Spots are available to purchase in store or online at our website.
Our breaks will USUALLY NOT include the base. This means commons and uncommons, or otherwise very low value cards. You get your HITS out of the product we break for your slot unless stated otherwise in the description of the break. This is to avoid extra costs with sorting (and shipping) out hundreds of cards of very low value.
Everyone's a Winner!
We don’t want this to be a lottery system! We want everyone to receive something, unfortunately you may not always have a hit in your spot. Whenever this ends up happening, we will be issuing store credit that can be used into future breaks with us! The store credit amount will depend on the break so be sure to read the description!
Due to full randomization in a break, we do NOT offer any return or refund. If there is an issue with the product regarding damage upon opening, we will do our best to handle any sort of communication with the company involved. If we open a card we would be interested in, we may communicate directly with you asking if you’d like to sell it. Please NEVER feel obligated to sell us anything we open for you! We love seeing others get sweet cards and that’s why we chose to break!
We submit cards monthly to BGS for ourselves and customers. If we open a card in your slot that you would like to get graded, please let us know and we can arrange to have your card on the next submission! Important to note at this current time, waits can be very long. We will go over all costs and times when this happens.
